The Official Podcast of Bullitt East Charger Athletics and the Mount Washington Football and Cheer Association! A couple of guys talking about their favorite sports teams, with an emphasis on football. We have guests that include the coaching staffs, administration, and players of the entire athletics department. During football season we will release a pregame show on Friday that will preview that week's upcoming game and our Monday release will wrap up the previous week's Varsity, JV and Freshman games. During the rest of the year we will release on Fridays only. We now cover all Bullitt East sports and we also discuss the happenings in Kentucky High School sports and the KHSAA in general. Russ & Rick call the first half of the boy/girl varsity double header. The 1-1 Lady Chargers take on the 1-1 Lady Cougars in the cross-county, and now 23rd District, matchup. This was originally aired live on WMTW-DB.
Russ Cox and Joe O'Bryan bring you live coverage of the Eastside Eagles vs. JCTMS in boys' basketball. JCTMS is a traditional powerhouse in the state and Eastside is bringing them to Mount Washington for a big game.

Russ and Rick are at Bullitt East for Charger Madness! It's the basketball team's introduction for the season. We get a preview of the Cheer team, the Dance team, Boys' and Girls' Basketball (all levels) and The Eastside and Mt Washington Middle School teams. We are joined by Joe O'Bryan our resident basketball expert and the play-by-play guy for our Boys Varsity Basketball coverage.
Russ and Rick talk to Coach Kendrick about the victory over North Hardin and the upcoming game against St. X. We also are joined by 8th Grade head coach Josh Alvey and two of his players, QB Brooks Braun, and RT Aiden Tucker.
Russ and Rick go to the Lady Charger Flag Football's only home game of the year. While we are there we talk to Coach Kendrick and Coach Thornsberry about Meade Co and the upcoming playoff game with North Hardin. We also have baseball player Hunter Holland on and present him with a couple of way overdue awards. Then we are joined by legendary Lady Charger Basketball Coach Chris Stallings. Is was quite an eventful episode!

We also get you caught up on all the Bullitt East teams in their respective postseasons and the Middle School Football teams along with the MWFCA. Russ & Rick join the class of 2026, this year's senior football players at Rooster's on Bardstown Rd for their weekly Senior Dinner. We have most of the seniors in attendance talk with us and tell us about their future plans. Apologies to Garrett Courtney as most of his interview was lost due to a microphone issue. We got it corrected and some of what he said made it in. It wouldn't be BEast Mode without a technical difficulty or two.
