The day after Thanksgiving, Chris held an open mat at the gym. Afterwards a few beverages were shared and classic mat discussion took place with fellow teammates. The group included Chris Vu, John Hart, Steve Nguyen, Collie Clack, Brian Mackenzie, and Andrew Darling.
Fresh off ADCC North American Trials, Carlos Diaz is back and joins Chris and Noah. Carlos recaps the largest ADCC trials in history -- what went into the preparation and execution of the historic event.
Chris and Noah chat on Halloween about the latest comings and goings. Noah gives an update on his knee and Chris recaps how the new nogi early morning classes are going. Noah discovers Chris knows an insane amount of obscure comic book lore.
