BLA BLA - 06 - Women in Society (சமூகத்தில் பெண்கள்)

பெண் என்பவள் சக்தியின் அம்சம். உலகின் இயக்திற்கு தேவையான சக்தியை அளிக்கும் சர்வ வல்லமை படைத்தவளாக பெண் இருக்கின்றாள். "The issue of gender is often over looked in traditional nationalism debates, despite the significant contribution women have made to nationalist projects, and the intertwining of the feminist struggle and the nationalist one.....But to view nationalism without factoring in the gendered view is to ignore a significant factor that contributes to nationalistic sentiment. The role of women in nationalism, whether it is as nurturers, citizens or combatants, remains, as through the history of feminist struggle, a vital one. "

BLA BLA - 05 - Women in Politics

However according to the SDG Gender Index 2019, these countries (including the ones that have the highest number of women MPs) have a long way to go to truly become gender equal when it comes to political representation. A major reason is the lack of women in politics in the highest ranks of power. For instance, Rwanda has gender-balanced Cabinet with 52 per cent of its member’s women and 61% of parliament members are women. However, reports suggest the real influence these women parliamentarians have is often limited.  Indira Nehru was the only child of Jawaharlal Nehru, who was one of the chief figures in India’s struggle to achieve independence from Britain, was a top leader of the powerful and long-dominant Indian National Congress (Congress Party), and was the first prime minister (1947–64) of independent India. Her grandfather Motilal Nehru was one of the pioneers of the independence movement and was a close associate of Mohandas (“Mahatma”) Gandhi. She attended, for one year each, Visva-Bharati University in Shantiniketan (now in Bolpur, West Bengal state) and then the University of Oxford in England. She joined the Congress Party in 1938.

Before the 1970s the Games were officially limited to competitors with amateur status, but in the 1980s many events were opened to professional athletes. Currently, the Games are open to all, even the top professional athletes in basketball and football (soccer). The ancient Olympic Games included several of the sports that are now part of the Summer Games program, which at times has included events in as many as 32 different sports. BLA BLA - 07 - Agriculture (விவசாயம்)

Agriculture plays a critical role in the entire life of a given economy. Agriculture is the backbone of the economic system of a given country. In addition to providing food and raw material, agriculture also provides employment opportunities to a very large percentage of the population. When you build a house, the first thing that you need to ensure is you have strong base which will support the remaining structure. The stronger the base, the better the built. Agriculture forms the base of an economy. If you go back in history you will find civilizations have always flourished around regions of high agricultural yield nearer to rivers. Agriculture forms the backbone of any economy. Without a strong agricultural base a nation will always find it difficult to sustain its economic growth. This is primarily because it will not be able to meet the food demands of the economy. Not only does it sustain the state's food requirements but it also acts as a huge source of employment. It also provides opportunity for export.
