We are happy to welcome our first guest of this season, the very inspiring Mrs Veronicah Letlhare. Veronicah is director North West Botswana of the Ministery of Basic Education. This Podcast we talk to Moraki Mokgosana, CEO of Bomaid Botswana. We talk with him about leadership, especially as CEO of a health assurance company in crisis times as we had now. Different stakeholders, different expectations and they all want there needs to be satisfied. Next to this we talk about why, the people of Botswana are actually not that happy and in comparison to other countries they are in the bottom five. As it seems that the C19 Crisis comes to an end, Jeroen and Peter question if there actually was a crisis. From there we talk about the consequences for the mental health of people and how it will be as people are returning to work. What do they expect from their managers and what are the managers expecting. Are the managers ready to receive their employees again? In this podcast we talk with Corlize Viljoen. Corlize has been around. In South Africa, Israel, America and back to the roots in Botswana. She was in the army, worked for a big corporate for a while and left to be free. It was very interesting the hear her talking about the traditional why of leadership and how it is changing for the good or bad.
