The conversation explores Dr. Boz's incredible journey from traditional medicine to discovering the power of keto, sparked by her personal story of using it to treat her mother’s aggressive cancer. Along the way, Dr. Boz shares her deep expertise on how the ketogenic diet has transformed her medical practice, reversing conditions like migraines, autoimmune diseases, and even cancer. Expect humor, real-life stories, and plenty of valuable insights on how to use keto to heal the body and mind.BIODr. Boz - Doctor of Internal Medicine, Author, Mother, Wife, Teacher, & Story-tellerAnnette Bosworth was born into a farming family in rural South Dakota. She inherited hard work and the expectation that all things are teachable. Throughout her medical training and career, she applied her inheritance to teach patients through storytelling and practical application of medical jargon.Dr. Bosworth has worked as an Assistant Professor and Medical Doctor in Internal Medicine, helping students and patients combat chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, depression, addiction, and autoimmune problems. Through the DOD Counter-terrorism, she teaches how to optimize brains & bodies with applicable neuroscience. She has taught at the University Of Utah & University of South Dakota Schools Of Medicine and has been featured on CNN, Time, US News & World Report, Fox News, & more. Her best-selling debut book, ANYWAY YOU CAN, told the story of what happened when her 71-year-old mother, dying of cancer, asked that very question. Her courage, faith, and tenacity inspired many to improve their health through ketogenic nutrition. In the book ketoCONTINUUM, Dr. Bosworth used David’s story to teach you how to stay consistently keto. David was obese, depressed, and headed for a heart attack. Keto chemistry pumped life back into his brain, relationships, and business. Her favorite way to teach is through storytelling. Meaningful stories throughout time have one thing in common: They’re about change, change brought on via conflict, whether internal or external. A protagonist has a goal and encounters an obstacle. How the protagonist deals with this antagonistic force sparks the conflict that reveals who they are and, most of all, ushers in change.Website: https://on.bozmd.com/HomePageYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@DoctorBozInstagram: https://on.bozmd.com/DrBozInstagramOur Advice!Everything in this podcast is for educational purposes only. After predicting the mandates early on and facing dismissal from his position at UCLA for refusing to comply, Dr. Rake founded Citizens United for Freedom (CUFF). He is now leading a class-action lawsuit against the University of California Regents, alleging violations of the Nuremberg Code and advocating for medical freedom and informed consent. In this episode, Dr. Rake discusses the legal, ethical, and personal challenges he has faced in his fight against what he views as unconstitutional mandates, emphasizing the importance of standing up for individual rights in the face of governmental overreach.BioDr. Rake was a 15-year veteran anesthesiologist at UCLA with a stellar record and high patient accolades when the Covid plandemic hit. When the lockdowns were announced in March 2020, he says he knew instinctively and instantaneously---before anyone had said a word about vaccines---that they were going to come out with a vaccine and force everyone to take it. He faced ridicule at UCLA and even at his long-time church for that prediction. So, when the California Department of Public Health promulgated an edict (a year-and-a-half later) that all healthcare workers would be required to take the so-called "vaccines," he saw his prediction come to life and he leaped into action, creating a politically-activated group of citizens called CUFF, or Citizens United for Freedom. Through CUFF, he led a very vocal opposition to the Covid bioweapon shots, which embarrassed UCLA. He was publicly walked off the campus like a criminal on October 4, 2021 and filmed himself during that encounter. The video of that went viral until it was shadow-banned. A year later, he filed a wrongful termination class-action suit against the entire University of California Regents. Among the legal claims he is making, is a claim that the Nuremberg Code was violated by the UC. He is currently fundraising for the case and is excited to be in the discovery phase of the trial where he believes intra-UC communications and patient data will reveal that they knew these shots were not only ineffective, but deadly. The conversation then turned serious as we explored a recent Disney controversy involving a hidden legal clause in Disney Plus’ Terms of Service, which nearly prevented a lawsuit after a fatal allergic reaction at a Disney World restaurant. This sparked a debate on the risks of eating out with severe allergies and the need for better risk management strategies. We also covered bizarre in-flight stories, including a lice infestation on an airplane that forced an emergency landing and a surprising tale of a mother who forgot her baby at the airport, prompting the plane to turn back. Our Medical History Segment highlighted the fascinating story of Dr. Jesse Bennett, the first American physician to perform a successful cesarean section on his wife in 1794, underscoring the importance of understanding medical history. Finally, we wrapped up with a discussion on food safety and misconceptions about "natural flavors," emphasizing the need for consumer awareness. Our Advice!Everything in this podcast is for educational purposes only. He argued that the medical establishment, heavily influenced by big pharma, often overlooks alternative and potentially more effective approaches to health. Bigtree urged attendees to prioritize personal health autonomy and to critically assess medical recommendations. His speech included anecdotes and data to challenge the status quo, advocating for a future where individuals are empowered to make informed health decisions without undue pressure from the medical industry. Our Advice!Everything in this podcast is for educational purposes only.
