What are they do you actually need them? NO, fat burners are overpriced caffeine tablets and you do not need them. If you want to lose fat do not look for a quick fix but instead focus on decreasing the amount of food you consume and increase your activity and exercise.
When it comes to fat loss eating regularly isn't essential. The most important thing is calories in vs calories out. If you're focusing on building muscle then yes, timing and frequency are more important but you need to remember to be doing everything else right first.

Be Realistic! You're setting your goals too high and failing. Yes, we all want to achieve the body of our dreams but we need to be realistic and understand that people in great shape devote their time to getting that result. If you have kids, pets and busy work life you need to be realistic and don't set your goals too high. Start by creating a routine, once you start to see progress it will allow you to push on but remember its a long term change, it won't happen overnight!
Yes, Slimming World can work but it really depends on the individual. Slimming World does not educate you about the importance of the calorie it just gives you generalized advice which will only help so far. It doesn't look at an individuals energy requirements and that is why for a lot of people Slimming World doesn't work because they are not in a calorie deficit

There is always time to workout its just your choice if you prioritize working out over other factors in your life. My biggest recommendation is to start small and gradually increase as you start to really see the benefits of exercise
