Love this podcast! I am in my 3rd trimester & this podcast has helped educate me on science backed down to earth information about breastfeeding & it's hilarious to just listen to the hosts rants & discuss various topics. I feel more prepared for breastfeeding with it's ups & downs, & know I will be listening to more episodes & relistening to ones once I have my baby. I even have joined their patreon already since I like this podcast so much. Thank you for all you do!

wow, I feel so seen after listening to this. being a mother to a preemie is traumatizing and I feel like this isn't acknowledged enough. I'm surrounded by toxic positivity everywhere. "be glad baby is improving," never acknowledging how hard it is, how many questions you have but don't get answered. The support just isn't there.

My newborn sleeps in a bassinet next to my side of the bed. my husband and I share a queen-size bed. But when he gets up to start work, I bring my baby next to me and we sleep together for another hour or two. I feel good about this because it's a little too cramped for my comfort level to have her sleep with us but I also give her a few hours to cuddle me each morning. plus, when she isn't in the bed, she's within arms reach of me.

Can there be a discussion on breastsheilds, when they should be used, how and when to wean off of them.
