Description

I look at the factors that affect your overall health, including my passion of energy healing, as well as physical, emotional and spiritual factors. This includes community and the importance of being connected, finding your passion and life purpose, and expressing yourself creatively. My mission is to show all the elements that contribute to your overall health and wellbeing.

My passion is one small part of that - energy healing.  If you are not looking after your energy field, then you  are missing a big piece of the puzzle which is our overall holistic health.  If you upgrade your energy, you upgrade your life.

When we consistently look at, clean and expand our energy fields through these different processes, we are able to achieve better balance on all levels - that is mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.  When our energy is clean and clear we feel more centred, joyful and focused.

Sometimes it can be very confusing as to where to start, so this podcast is about looking at the options out there.  What can I try?  What will it help me with? Where could it lead me?

Pop over to my website www.dandeliontherapies.co.uk and use the free Healing Meditation to get an idea where you need to start.

Send us Fan Mail Your body is sending signals all day long, so why do we keep talking ourselves out of them? Natasha Joy Price sits down with author and intuition guide Tara Paonessa to unpack what intuition actually is, how it shows up, and why it is far more grounded than most people think. Tara’s message is refreshingly practical: intuition is not a rare gift or a mystical trick, it is biology, embodied awareness, and the kind of inner navigation we were born with. We trace Tara’s path to...
Send us Fan Mail Peace can feel strange when you’ve been carrying emotional weight for years. Natasha Joy Price is joined by Rae Can, a Reiki hypnotherapist, author, and fellow podcast host, for an honest conversation about what it looks like to finally put the baggage down and live with more space, clarity, and self-trust. We talk about Reiki healing as something far bigger than a single session. Rae shares how she kept hearing the call to Reiki, how pregnancy deepened her curiosity about e...
Send us Fan Mail Your body can whisper for years, then one day it speaks in full sentences. Natasha sits down with Catherine Crestani of Willow Healing to talk about the moment coping habits stop working, and what that might be trying to tell you. We start with the real-life stuff: retiring from a high-stress career, the strange relief of no longer craving that end-of-day drink, and the uncomfortable realisation that “treats” can be a form of self-numbing when life is out of alignment. Cathe...
Send us Fan Mail Time pressure can feel so normal that we stop noticing how much it drives our stress, our decisions, and even our health. When Dr Maria Inglesby joins me on Balm to the Soul, we pull that thread all the way back to a bigger question: what if the “ticking clock” is a human overlay, and the deeper reality is a quantum field of spaciousness, connection, and love? Maria shares how her background in science shaped her path into energy healing, and how the embodied I Am presence b...
Send us Fan Mail Health advice gets loud fast: fix your gut, fix your hormones, fix your sleep, buy the supplement, follow the plan. What we forget is that the body doesn’t live in compartments, and neither does healing. I’m joined by Dr Gene Antenucci, a health and wellness educator, speaker, author and LSU School of Dentistry faculty member and clinician with over 40 years of experience, to talk about a holistic approach to healthy ageing that actually feels doable. We dig into why “separa...
