Description

Going through something genuinely hard can feel isolating.
Often it feels like no one understands where we are. The desire for connection through tough times is there but... We cant let people know we are hurting.. Can we?

You may feel like nobody else knows what its like to walk in your shoes. Maybe you feel so overwhelmed that you can't find a way out or a way to heal. But, While your pain is personal, there are also other people going through similar situations. This podcast is about those struggles and how we walk through them. We hope that by hearing these stories you’ll feel part of something greater. In these shows we will invite you how to BE KIND to yourself as you cope. We hope to inspire you to keep going.
