I love this episode. My core value is to *Invest in my betterment* This covers all aspects of my life including physically mentally emotionally and spiritually. Categories include kindness, mindfulness calmness, self control, knowledge, wisdom, well being, health and dedication.
"not easy to be a coach and be in top physical form" -- yeah. this is the story for ALL of us with full time jobs and other commitments. Not bashing you for this, just agreeing. It's hard to take seriously some fitness gurus who for them, working out and eating right is their entire job, every day. Like, I can't really relate to someone who doesn't realize just how difficult it is to come home after working 8 hours and commuting 2 hours and then try to motivate yourself to go work out at the gym for another 2 hours, every day. We all do our best :)
What a great podcast thank you - so refreshing to hear people who prioritise training rather than trying to sneak off to the gym have the confidence to say "This is what I do, this is part of who I am" More power to you!
