No comments? Here , let me comment... We do depend on products from the U.S.. That supply chain would definitely be interrupted. Perishables would probably stop being transported. Supplies used for manufacturing would be stopped. No one to make them. Our economy would take a huge dump in the shit show to follow. Ports of entry for international shipping could be disrupted. Bring on the refugees. After an initial economic downturn, refugees bring knowledge and skills needed here that improve our living conditions. Immigrants changed the world. Sure its cold here in winter. Just don't make it a nuclear winter!

Yeah, I watched the longer video that showed the whole interaction before she was sprayed. There were problems long before they sprayed her. She was in fight or flight mode and none of the officers did anything to calm her, they only threatened her, which kept her panic going. With that many officers, there's no reason they couldn't let her stand or sit outside of the squad car until she was calmer. Someone could have listened and let her talk. There should be a social worker who goes with the police on all domestic disturbance or mental health calls.
