Gavin clears the table of depressing headlines to serve up a "High-IQ" Thanksgiving episode. He revisits quiz rounds where we actually learned something, like figuring out Prime Minister Mark Carney's habit of dressing up politics as poetry, and trying to understand the collapse of the planet's biggest carbon sink. And it wouldn't be Thanksgiving without talking about the competitive intensity of the sperm races. We'll be back with an all-new episode next week. We'd love to hear from you! I have been a dedicated fan of this show since its beginning. But this edition was simply garbage from the get go. Andrew was a little off his game but the other two were so just full of shit in their retorts from the first news story on. s

I had never heard of Candy until I started listening to Because News in 2018. She was one of my favorites though. My condolences to her family and friends for their loss. I will miss her appearances on the show.
