Regarding the question of where barley grows: I was listening to this podcast on my way to pick up a 50# bag grown in Delta Junction, Alaska. I have also been foraging wild barley to supplement. That stuff grows everywhere.

the Brewer was hard to listen to, kinda had the speech pattern of Barack Obama. he ended most sentences with a question mark???? hopefully he's a Better Brewer than speaker.

the mics always seem to have feedback. you can use envelopes to subtract those frequencies from the tracks. thank you
