Description

Get Behind the Brand to learn how to build your brand. Get smarter and make more money in business by listening to my podcast with some of the smartest people on the planet. I’m Bryan Elliott, helping you build your brand.

Founded in 2008, Behind the Brand with Bryan Elliott is a show about innovators, entrepreneurs and the stories behind their success. It's like a backstage pass inside the brand strategy and marketing minds, companies and habits of some of the smartest and most interesting people on the planet. Host, Bryan Elliott decodes these stories to help you turn their wisdom into practical tactics that you can use to improve your life and grow your business. Why do this? I'm someone who loves to tell stories that I hope will inspire and educate others to find their reason for being. I basically invented the podcast I wish I had when I quit my corporate job and started my own business. I made a lot of mistakes and figured things out the hard way. I've been inspired by so many of my guests and I know you'll find a ton of value here as well. Podcast series / Marketing:

In 2022, less than two years into its existence, Mischief was named Agency of the Year by Ad...
It’s been about 7 years but feels like yesterday when I think about the time I was really struggling with health. All of a sudden I was getting serious headaches and didn’t know why…My friend Robb Wolf who wrote the book Wired to Eat turned me on to InsideTracker but to be honest I didn’t follow thru and spent the next 4 years trying to figure things out on my own by seeing over a dozen doctors and specialists. I probably wasted at least $20,000 in time and medical expenses with not...
What’s holding you back from doing that thing? My guess is that it’s some form of fear. Having the right amount of fear is healthy and logical. It’s biological and we are hardwired to survive. But fear might also be keeping us playing small. In this episode I'm extending the invite to you to get out of your comfort zone in order to level up. I challenged one of my clients do this recently and they went for it. Instead of product-focused marketing, our creative idea was infusing some humor and ...

Some dudes used bought baby wipes but that didn't seem to fit and that sparked the idea for a grown up hygienic product strong enough and made just for men and Dude Wipes was born. Want to get ...

Ryan Serhant might be the king of East Coast real estate but he's also building a media empire. Why? The answer might not surprise you...Serhant is building a media empire on top of this real estate prowess for several reasons. The first reason is obvious: helping other real estate agents who he employs build a brand like Serhants is good business. Another reason building a brand matters is because clients now require it. That is, when Serhant or his agents do marketing for a property, the cl...
Sometimes you're just born with it. At least that's how it feels with the current G.O.A.T. of BMX lifestyle, Nigel Sylvester. Nigel was just a toddler on his little red tricycle when he was drifting around cones set up as race course by his cousin on his driveway. Admiring and modeling the great Dave Mirra growing up, Sylvester went pro at age 18 and was recruited by Mirra to rep his team. Flashforward 18 years later and Sylvester is still going strong but has expanded his brand into events, ...
