As we head into a new year we have to have a New Years resolution... Self awareness has been on my mind lately. Being aware of different aspects of the self including traits is not easy for some people... But if you can understand your own strengths and weaknesses can help you strengthen those weaknesses...So for 2022... look at yourself in the mirror, and reflect on your strengths and weaknesses and become a better you!
It's that time of year again... Winter!!!! I know here in the midwest once that snow starts falling, we tend to hibernate... When the market slows down, I usually take this time to reflect on the year, and begin setting goals for the next year. If you are finding your business is a little slow right now... remember to take time to appreciate the past months, reflect, and start setting goals!

Internet Trolls... Unfortunately this is something that we are going to have to adapt too... Social Media has become a great tool for keeping in contact with loved ones, to being able to market your own business etc... Every once in a while we get a negative comment(s), and it makes it hard mentally to continue posting content... I'm here to tell you that you just has to ignore it and keep going!
We all experience hard times through out our lives, and our careers. Some people cope with this difficulties in different ways... I just want all of you to know, that yes it maybe hard right now...
