Behind the Strategy with ADHD

This podcast is about what's Behind the Strategy with ADHD, for life and our businesses. I'm a problem solver, and creating strategies has been my default. Diagnosed with ADHD, the shock, anger, and grief hit me all at once. Many of my personal coping strategies weren't working any more. I started asking questions. How do others get through life, how do they stay sane as a small business owner? The more I asked, the more I realised, everyone struggles. Join me inside The Strategy Success Lab for inspiring conversations about personal and business growth strategies for people with ADHD brains!

#11 Creating Customer Journeys That Convert

Listen in as I talk about why it's important to have different marketing strategies for different customers if you want more conversions and better customer loyalty retention. Selling something to somebody you don't know, is completely different to selling something of a similar ilk to somebody that has already bought from you before. You'll have different client streams, and they're going to need different customer journeys. Come and join the discussion in The Strategy Lab Facebook Group or hope over to The Lab to create your own customer journeys which convert!
