Orochimaru imparts some of his classic wisdom on a really young child. Itachi Uchiha is misbehaving. Sasuke’s mom is throwing it back and turning it out.

Finally, like every good Uchiha boy, Sasuke becomes a cop. This gives us a lot to consider. Why's he *like that* in every universe?
Maybe Kages should have term limits. Maybe Sakura was right to keep her abilities a secret this whole time. Maybe Orochimaru would have written this all differently.

In Naruto this week, we wrap up? the first? half? of the Jiraiya YA fanfiction arc. The Sasori 100 puppets fight happens again in this universe. The Masked Man is revealed to be Neji's father, and a village gets blown up. You're definitely following the plot and all of these words make sense to you, right?
Anyway, we do more Dan slander while Tsunade gets drunk, unpack some more dreamworld perceptions, and discuss a completely hypothetical jacket theft.

Tsunade wrote Jiraiya's book for this excellent dream within a dream where the kids are all 12 again and Minato is alive and the Hyuga eyes are more valuable.
If the show is allowed to imagine whatever they want for this long then we can do chalkra talkra and pretend the Sannin and Dan are at a house party and make excellent jokes about Joe Biden fighting the resurrected former presidents.

I'm gonna be honest, there's a lot of Dream talk in this one. Yeah that's capital D Dream the Minecraft YouTuber, as in the guy who got absolutely cooked by Gumball in an Uber and released a video of it the day before we got together for this recording session.

This week, we enter probably the best filler arc of all time, where we start our journey of watching dream worlds literally until the calendar year 2024, if my calculations are correct.
Yams returns and his dream world is so pathetic. We wonder if Kakashi is actually certifiably hot in canon. Our beautiful beacon of hope, Tenten, has it all figured out. (Filler Queeeeeeeeeeen, gunpowder, gelatine, dynamite with a laser beam, etc etc.)
