I am so excited! So many of you have already gotten your copy and I cannot wait to see it in the hands of a million more (manifesting!). Chris asks me questions today all about the book – why I wrote it, who it’s for and how it can help you get your message out in the world with the help of a supportive tribe.

Have you looked at them? Do you remember what they were? They probably have evolved as the year has progressed, but as we enter into the eighth month of the year, it’s time that we revisited them. The good news is, you still have plenty of time to accomplish your goals. In this episode, I share with you my own process for reviewing the first half of the year, auditing where I currently am, and establishing what next steps I need to take to accomplish what I set out to do. In this episode you will learn: The four steps that you need to take right now to crush your 2018 goals. The number one reason why people do not accomplish their goals. How to keep momentum instead of having to constantly create it.   RESOURCES: P.E.A.K application: Greggclunis.com/apply Join the Tiny Leaps Facebook Group: http://facebook.com/groups/tinyleaps Follow Gregg on Instagram: http://instagram.com/greggclunis
Published on 10 Dec 2014. Welcome to Season 2, Episode 10 of the This Is Your Life podcast. In this tenth episode, Michele Cushatt and I discuss the ten most common mistakes when it comes to goal-setting. It’s that time of year when people begin planning for next year. That’s why I have been talking about it so much during the last week. I have also just released the newest edition of my goal-setting course, 5 Days to Your Best Year Ever. Listen to the Audio Watch the Video As I coach individuals and companies in their annual planning, I see people making the same mistakes over and over. I am convinced this is why 25 percent of people abandon their New Year’s resolutions after one week. Sixty percent abandon them within six months. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Goal-setting can be effective, provided you have a proven process and avoid the most common mistakes. In this episode, you will discover: Why New Year’s Resolutions are a waste of time and how goal-setting, done well, is different. The one simple action you can take now to increase the likelihood you will hit your goals by a whopping 42 percent. The ideal number of goals you should create. Too few, and you’re probably not addressing each of the major areas of your life. Too many, and you will inevitably lose focus and flame out. Why you must set goals outside of work if you have any hope of hitting your goals at work. How to get super-specific in your goal-setting and why you must. I provide concrete, before and after examples. The three benefits of deadlines and why every goal needs a by when date. A goal without a deadline is little more than a dream. The number one thing you must do to make sure you follow through on your goals and don’t end up in the same place next year as this year. How I use Evernote to track my goals and keep them visible. The three “negative emotions” that indicate you are on the right path. These are actually positive indicators! Why you don’t need to worry about how you are going to accomplish your goals—at least in the beginning. In fact, if you get too focused on this initially, it will sabotage the possibility of a real breakthrough. If you haven’t checked out 5 Days to Your Best Year Ever, please do. It will walk you through the exact process I have used for more than a decade to achieve my biggest goals, personally and professionally. Karl kicks off the episode with the introduction of ETA’s first children’s publication. My Secret Super Power: Trey’s Jungle Adventure . CJ talks about the process of writing the book and gives some advice on how to handle unexpected setbacks while working on projects. After writing the book CJ discovered that although it’s a children’s book many adults can benefit from the message. The main focus of the episode is the importance of shifting from a consumer mindset to a producer mindset. The guys explain how we are conditioned to consume as much as possible and that stops most people from actually producing anything. After listening to this episode you should walk away with a few key nuggets of information that involve going from a consumer to a producer, how fake confidence doesn’t work, and how to understand and adjust your view of the world.        Time Stamped Show Notes   [03:00] - Fair or Foul Segment [14:00] - My Secret Super Power [26:33] - It's time to start producing [38:00] - ET goes off [51:22] - You can’t fake confidence [58:22] - Live Q&A [1:05:00] - Understanding your world [1:15:55] - Nugget of the day   Things Mentioned: My Secret Super Power: Trey’s Jungle Adventure   Thank you so much for listening to this episode of the Secret 2 Success podcast. Published on 09 Aug 2017. I've talked to lots of incredible, renowned doctors and health experts about the optimal diet and foods to eat. I've tried all kinds of nutrition strategies. I've cut out gluten, dairy, and sugar from my diet. So you can imagine how surprised I was when I sat down with another world-renowned heart surgeon and doctor, Dr. Steven Gundry, last week and he told me foods that were poisonous to all humans. Peanuts, cashews, raw beans, chia seeds?
Published on 22 Feb 2018. “More produce and less loneliness keep the heart doctor away.” Joel Kahn MD Recent years have seen the ascendency of low-carb, high fat diets. Indeed, the ketogenic lifestyle has been heralded as a veritable health panacea. In parallel, we bear witness to mainstream acceptance of the plant-based approach to vitality, lifestyle disease prevention and reversal. The debate pitting these distinct approaches to nutrition is as emotional as it is divisive — an impassioned war for hearts and minds waged across the scientific literature, mainstream publications and the internet that can leave even the most intelligent and well-intentioned consumer utterly baffled. So who’s right? To help divine the line between truth and fiction, Joel Kahn, MD joins the podcast for his third appearance. Dr. Kahn is an Interpreventional Cardiologist, Clinical Professor of Medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Founder of the Kahn Center for Cardiac Longevity in Michigan, and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Michigan’s prestigious Inteflex program (a 6-year undergraduate / graduate program that developed doctors fresh out of high school). He’s authored hundreds of articles on heart disease, is a frequent lecturer on heart disease and its prevention, has performed thousands of cardiac procedures, and is the owner of GreenSpace Café in Ferndale and Royal Oak Michigan. In addition, Dr. Kahn is the author of five books, including The Whole Heart Solution and his newest offering, The Plant-Based Solution. This a comprehensive and highly instructive conversation that endeavors to provide needed clarity when it comes to the aforementioned debate — a deep dive into the veracity of nutritional research findings to provide the information you need to promote maximum health, hinder lifestyle disease, and abet longevity. In addition, we explore emerging research on the benefits of intermittent fasting and why everyone should get a coronary calcium scan. Amazingly informative, this is straight talk from a trusted and experienced man I’m proud to call friend. As a final note, this podcast episode is also available in video format on YouTube. Published on 23 May 2018. We always get more of what we focus on. We always become what we hold as our self-concept. Do you have a positive focus for your thoughts, feelings, imagination, and actions? Positive focus is different that positive thinking.
