Karoline Borega married a man of honor – a respected Colorado Springs Police officer. She knew there would be sacrifices to accommodate her husband’s career. But she had no idea that he was using his badge to fool everyone.

This season, we expose a man who swore two sacred oaths—one to his badge, one to his bride—and broke them both. We follow Karoline as she questions everything she thought she knew about her partner of over 20 years.

I feel so sad for the children in this situation. The betrayal of dad to mum, and his conduct as a police officer, is terrible but mum should never have involved those kids. The son was going into his midterm when he was told!! Daughter then dragged into every argument and conversation between her parents. I hope has had time to reflect on the impact this will have all had on their kids. Hope the kids can salvage some kind of relationship with their dad, the betrayal is against the marriage.

The sponsorship by a psychic phone line is a little disappointing. It takes away credibility to your Podcast. More over the way it is advertised as something to use to find the truth, instead of some way of entertainment.

I just don’t think I could ever look at my friend the same way again. She chose the man that sexually assaulted her daughter for year over her daughter. I would feel betrayed for the daughter and would be too angry.

At first I was confused on why she didn't want anyone to know who she is, and had a voice actor take her spot. Now I know why, because you are not a victim and made a huge mistake!

I personally never went through anything like this, but I still want to say Thank you so much for speaking up and helping other victims know that they are not alone and can speak up too.

When I first started listening, I kind of sounded like The Teacher By Freida McFadden. Listening more it has some differences. Plus this is real, the book is fake.

Wow, Audrey's mother is pure evil! If I was Audrey, I'd hire someone every 14 months or so to beat the snot out of my mother for what she did. Let her spend a year recovering, then have her beaten up again. And courts and judges should be held accountable for the unjust decisions they make, and these decisions should be reversible. Audrey should get her house and her daughter back. New policies should be drafted to ensure such travesties of justice cannot happen to others.
