It’s frustrating listening to an episode for the first time about not beinng judgmental and hearing judging words about the occupation of cutting hair in the middle of this podcast. As a hair stylist, it’s hurtful when you put in hard work and people think you have a “rough” life or that you don’t make any money from your occupation. Also- it’s a barber shop or a salon. Not a hair cutting place.

its important to realize that our thoughts have a value, and that they were not free. we have to pay attention to the solar system and try to believe that they are angels among us. (planets are angels.) and they offer us inspiration to live up to, but inspiration is not free. our identity has the opportunity to develop with these angels, but its not free.

I am a man of no faith in God! I listen to your podcast from time to time and I really enjoy your ideas, but, I subscribe to an alternative source for my optimism. I don't believe that its necessary to answer our questions that have no answer with, God. my spiritual orientation is centered by the Sun! I have learned that our solar system satisfies my questions that Christians ignore for fear of becoming modern. our walk with the solar system as a human being is important for our success after we expire! I believe that in this life we score points for our participation, and that this life counts for our success after we die. can you add to my understanding?

Love this podcast. I've always been told I have a choice in how I react, this explains how to do that, how to feel different. Thank you! Another thought, you mentioned not loving your wardrobe - check out 'dressing your truth' - I actually love my wardrobe since trying out her method.

I want to workout, but I focus on a lack of motivation to get started. I will try to make a goal that reflects the health benefits that exercise can help me develop but, you said to make a goal that is meant to reward our mind and body and not focus on where we are weak and trying to make it strong. love and trust for this amazing machine(this body), but I am so powerless over my laziness. I pace a lot but I'm not burning many calories because I'm in air conditioning. I don't sweat so don't think calories are being spent, but then again, I don't want to sweat because I will have to take a shower! I'm just not motivated. I weigh between 240lbs and 245lbs and around 5'10. I take medication for schizophrenia; RLS; hypothyroidism; cholesterol, and a multivitamin. I have more than one reason to do sit ups, pushups, and jump rope, and to lift dumbbells, but I'm so damn lazy! I feel that I need to begin at square one, wherever that is. can you help me? Eugene McQueen.
