Join me on the podcast this week to discover why we are so reluctant to think positively in testing circumstances, and how our brain only stands in our way on this. Love is such an incredible feeling, we owe it to ourselves to experience it as often as we possibly can, and I want to explain why choosing love, even if it all ends in tears, is never a mistake. I am a man of no faith in God! I listen to your podcast from time to time and I really enjoy your ideas, but, I subscribe to an alternative source for my optimism. I don't believe that its necessary to answer our questions that have no answer with, God. my spiritual orientation is centered by the Sun! I have learned that our solar system satisfies my questions that Christians ignore for fear of becoming modern. our walk with the solar system as a human being is important for our success after we expire! I believe that in this life we score points for our participation, and that this life counts for our success after we die. can you add to my understanding?

Love this podcast. I've always been told I have a choice in how I react, this explains how to do that, how to feel different. Thank you! Another thought, you mentioned not loving your wardrobe - check out 'dressing your truth' - I actually love my wardrobe since trying out her method.

I want to workout, but I focus on a lack of motivation to get started. I will try to make a goal that reflects the health benefits that exercise can help me develop but, you said to make a goal that is meant to reward our mind and body and not focus on where we are weak and trying to make it strong. love and trust for this amazing machine(this body), but I am so powerless over my laziness. I pace a lot but I'm not burning many calories because I'm in air conditioning. I don't sweat so don't think calories are being spent, but then again, I don't want to sweat because I will have to take a shower! I'm just not motivated. I weigh between 240lbs and 245lbs and around 5'10. I take medication for schizophrenia; RLS; hypothyroidism; cholesterol, and a multivitamin. I have more than one reason to do sit ups, pushups, and jump rope, and to lift dumbbells, but I'm so damn lazy! I feel that I need to begin at square one, wherever that is. can you help me? Eugene McQueen.

I usually tell my kids " what do you say" or " Say hi!" I never give them explanations. Am I wrong?

Joan needs to put on her grown up skirt and shake it off. I don't think the other woman was a bully. Joan is not looking better while calling someone else a bully.

I think it depends on the ward you go to. in our ward it is very admirable when someone shares what they struggle with and how they had overcome it. They finish talking about the atototment and that us how more and more people in my ward understand the blessing of it. We tent to assumed the members of the church who have callings are close to perfect and that they had always being like that. It gives hope and we feel relative to that person. I love when Pte Monson said he was a hard kid. That he even started a fire. People laughed thinking it was a cute story What made me think is that nobody is perfect and we all are struggling with our own sins. We all have the same opportunity to repent but if we let the guilt and sorrow and remorse to control us is less likely we will change our path. Also less likely we will learn from the mistake. At least that is what I think. Thank you so much Jody for being such an inspiration .

this episode is just amazing. I don't have the words to describe how perfect it is. if you're in any type of relationship, be it marriage, dating, friendship, etc, please listen to this. it explains the evolution of relationships in a simple, relatable way.

I feel like I've been drowning the last 40yrs of my life. Suddenly there's this hand, light, gift that happened by...well I want to say chance, but I'm starting to think it was much more inspired. That hand that is lifting me, giving me breath to want to live and reach and well, be bold? Ms. Jody Moore. Even being a writer I can't seem to find the words sufficient to express my sudden relief that I'm no longer not enough, that I have life left in me to share and live and I've only just found her. I've joined her Be Bold Program and am going to claw my way to what my life will be. But daily I listen to her podcasts, because it is only enhancing the life I am now choosing to live and build. Thank you, from the depths that I've felt alone I already now feel hope kindling and I thank you.

I LOVE jody! I am/was riddled with self doubt. I had 0 confidence and my clients (im a barber) started commenting on how bad it was. Ever since i started listening to jody it has completely changed my life, and i am only one episode 14. She has helped me understand myself better and I am SO much more happy. She has helped me understand my marriage is completely normal and how to be a better wife. She has helped me be a better mom. If you are debating listening, do it.
