Better When I’m Dancing: A Pediatric Stroke Podcast

WE ARE BACK!!!! During Episode 5, we start by getting everyone caught up. We start with some HUGE updates on Jana and some amazing things that have happened since our last episode. We provide a quick recap of where we left off in our story and from there we jump right into the continuation of our story. This episode we chat about all things moving from the PICU to the main Pediatrics unit where we would be spending the next 5 weeks of our lives. From there, we chat about the start of our lives in the Pediatrics unit, watching the Packers, getting Jana's wheelchair, exploring the Pediatrics unit and two crazy nights of no sleep - hint.....it has nothing to do with Jana's stroke. In our third episode, we discuss in detail our time in the Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit (PICU). We talk about hearing that it is officially a stroke for the first time, all the tests, ZERO sleep, the constant emotions, Jana's progress, our amazing doctors, and ultimately the shock of hearing just how serious this is! In our second episode, we chat through our experience once arriving at the hospital and being in urgent care. This is our VERY FIRST episode and we dive right in detailing the beginning portion of the day of Jana's stroke.
