I love the podcast! It has been so fun to learn and also spend more time with you guys. If you didn't know, you're hilarious. Brooke, I want to know what kind of sunscreen you use? And also, do you have a favorite brand of deodorant?

My favorite podcast. Hands down. When people say they want to lift but don’t want to look like Brooke I get so annoyed. Give Brooke some fuckin credit. She worked hard to get that bod. Your half ass curls aren’t going to get you anywhere KAREN. Go drink wine with the other housewives and leave CrossFit women alone.

Totally get the comments on injuries, training as workout vs. training as a games athlete We have a member at our box in her mid 70s and she’s a blast to work out with!!!

I'm a bit late to this episode & really enjoyed it! - but I listened while running in a sports bra that I think was originally designed for Houdini to try and get out of - maybe you could get your mum to answer some questions about reductions for the gals who are thinking of that. X

Tried a Barry's class when they did a pop up at a hotel here. It was fun but not a true representation as there was no cardio equipment. I have belonged to a CF gym but definitely feel like I need a regular gym membership to go along with it. Just can't beat the options that you have at a regular gym IMO!

What you guys failed to even mention is some of the science behind youthful appearance. Some ethnicities have higher levels of melanin within their cells and THEREFORE age alot better. Also genetically speaking some races store more fat in their hips and butt. Therefore NATURALLY (without plastic surgery) have "bigbutts" Just for the record, big butts are considered a "fad" by most caucasians in america. to people of color "hip to waist" ratio, i.e. Big butts have always preferred amd NATURALLY GROWN Look up Sara Baartman, from 18th century. These things have long been recorded in history..

Soul Cycle just came to Vegas. I've tried rhythmic cycle a couple times using my Classpass membership but I just can't get into it. I can relate to Gina on this one. Think I've been doing traditional cycle too long and I'm definitely not paying those prices 😂

This podcast was nothing like I expected when I first started listening to it. I was expecting these two perfect, ripped women to motivate me to be healthy while terrifying me about the effort it takes. But they're just so normal and engaging when they talk about health and just life in general. Yes, getting to their level of healthiness would be tiring, but I feel like they're inspiring rather than alienating. Loving the podcast so far!
