This week we are deep in the trenches of hormones, anxiety and the general emotional rollercoaster that comes with being a woman. We chat about the emotional whiplash of hormones, how anxiety can hitch a ride on the cycle, and how it seems to be the time of year for generally not feeling the best.  Plus, we dive into a very specific but surprisingly hilarious/horrifying situation: kissing a baby on the head while they’re breastfeeding. Is it okay? Is it an absolutely not okay? And does it really just depend on who the smooch is coming from... In today’s episode, we chat with the beautiful Sarah Davidson, who many of you might know as Spoonful of Sarah.  Sarah opens up about everything from her experiences of being adopted from South Korea yet growing up in a very typical Caucasian Aussie household, to having a miscarriage, and how both of those experiences have shaped the way she approaches life, work, family and now motherhood. Plus she explores why there is so much more to family than biology, and how statistics of loss actually helped her through grief.    You can find more about Sarah HERE.
