This week Soph pulls off the ultimate surprise - joining Jayde in person for the first time in 12 months to record the last episode of the year!
Back in the same room, we reflect on what it’s been like recording long-distance, what it's like for Soph being back in her hometown and just how different the energy feels when they’re face to face again.
We also dive into the next stages of parenthood, with Jayde reflecting on the reality of heading into parenting a high schooler and how quickly this chapter has arrived. Together, they talk about evolving identities as mums, and why the 'just you wait' conversation surrounding parenting teenage girls isn't always accurate...
As always, we hope you enjoy! 💛

Great things now come in small packages! These little pops are mighty fun, and with nine in a box, there will be plenty to go around.
Jayde opens up about falling down the rabbit hole of Tattle Life...yes, she went there... And shares why she searched, and why at the end of the day it doesn't reallllly matter what people say online.
Meanwhile, Sophie reflects on how a year of caravan life has shifted her priorities in unexpected ways. From what now matters to her day-to-day, to the things she no longer loves (or maybe never did?).

Recording this episode was truly a comedy of errors in tech land - think mics dropping out, Wi-Fi giving up on life, and Jayde forgetting how headphones work. But! Amongst the chaos, we dive into a super honest chat about something many parents grapple with: sharing their kids online.
Sophie opens up about why she’s stepped back from posting images of her little ones, from privacy worries to the weirdness of strangers recognising them. Jayde shares the flip side: why she still feels comfortable posting her kids and how she navigates it in a way that feels safe and right for her family. No judgement, no rules - just two friends unpacking a very modern parenting dilemma.
And because it wouldn’t be a without a little chaos… we also get into the intrusive repeative thoughts. From everyday “what ifs” to Jayde’s completely unhinged scenario involving a butterfly and inhaling an entire cake... yep, you read that right!
As always, we hope you enjoy! 💛

This week we are deep in the trenches of hormones, anxiety and the general emotional rollercoaster that comes with being a woman. We chat about the emotional whiplash of hormones, how anxiety can hitch a ride on the cycle, and how it seems to be the time of year for generally not feeling the best.
Plus, we dive into a very specific but surprisingly hilarious/horrifying situation: kissing a baby on the head while they’re breastfeeding. Is it okay? Is it an absolutely not okay? And does it really just depend on who the smooch is coming from...

In today’s episode, we chat with the beautiful Sarah Davidson, who many of you might know as Spoonful of Sarah.
Sarah opens up about everything from her experiences of being adopted from South Korea yet growing up in a very typical Caucasian Aussie household, to having a miscarriage, and how both of those experiences have shaped the way she approaches life, work, family and now motherhood. Plus she explores why there is so much more to family than biology, and how statistics of loss actually helped her through grief.

This is a chat with the legend Craig Anderson. Craig is a passionate mental health advocate, Gidget Angel and father of three.
Craig spent the early months of fatherhood caring for his wife Rebecca, who experienced significant post-natal depression. Little did he know in the coming months it would be him that would require assistance dealing with a post-natal anxiety disorder.
Craig walks us through the ups and downs of his experience as well as breaking down in simplicity what it felt like for him. His experience is one many dad’s will go through and we thank him for his time and vulnerability.
