I have started my journey towards changing my habit around watching kdramas. Over the weekend and today I have had some break troughs that have allowed me to see kdramas as a neutral circumstance in the world and with that the layer of shame I was creating for myself also disapated.

In todays we talk about what kind of a person I am, or am I really. Are we the kind of people we thing we are or are those just thoughts that we have practiced so much that our brain created a pathway in our brain. I am leaning towards the second option. Listen and tell me what you think.
Today I want to share with you one of the breakthroughs I had last week while I was slowing down to give my throat time to recover. It was a really big realization that resulted from me practicing an intentional thought "It is possible that I am doing the right thing" for past 6 months. It however would not have happen if I didn't keep showing up and taking action, even when doubt and insecurity were present.
Last week I lost my voice. My friend suggested that maybe that is a sign to get quiet and still because there is a lesson to learn. So I did. And I was reminded how great our brain is. Enjoy the show.

We many times believe that accomplishing our goals will result in an emotion. Emotions are created by our thoughts, so they are available to us now, before we even start working on our goal.
Well, todays bite is more like a meal, but its worth it. I talk about why I like to do things without telling people about them. I use to think it was because I was scared of failing, but it turns out I just don't want the noise. How about you? Do you ever do this?
