Description

Ever wished someone would just say the messy, rogue thoughts bouncing around your head about health, bodies, relationships and life out loud? Yep. That’s us.

We’re Dakota Middleby and Bianca Innes, two friends who met through breast cancer in our twenties and somehow ended up with a podcast. Cancer started the conversation, but it also opened our eyes to just how much more there is to talk about.

Fertility. Chronic illness. Hormones. Mental health. ADHD. Endometriosis. Body image. Sex. Relationships. Identity. Careers. Caregiving. Cancer. And all the bits nobody really prepares you for.

Bits & Boobs is a place for the conversations we wish we heard more of.

We’re joined by real people sharing real stories, alongside experts who actually know what they’re talking about, while we ask the awkward questions, learn alongside you and probably overshare somewhere in between.

We cry. We laugh. Sometimes we laugh at the worst possible moments.

Whether you’re navigating something yourself, supporting someone you love, curious about your health, or simply here because someone finally said the thing you’ve been thinking - come sit with us.

No perfect answers. No pretending we have it all figured out. Just honest conversations that hopefully leave you feeling a little more informed, a little more hopeful and a whole lot less alone.

This is Bits & Boobs. Health, life + all the bits we don’t talk about enough. x

This week on Bits & Boobs, we’re doing something a little different; a proper catch up between the two of us. We talk about life lately, slowing down after chaos, creativity, motherhood, work, treatment updates, survivorship, the hidden costs of cancer, body confidence after surgery, and the strange little griefs that come with trying to live a “normal” life after diagnosis. A soft reminder that healing, surviving and living can all exist in the same breath. Listen now 🎧 Get in touch with...
This week, Bianca takes on her first solo episode and opens up about her experience with grief across different chapters of her life. Losing her mum as a child. Being diagnosed with cancer at 20. And more recently, losing her brother. This isn’t a neat or tidy conversation. It’s an honest reflection on how grief actually feels, how it lingers, and how it can show up when you least expect it. If you’ve ever felt like you should be handling things better or moving on faster, this episode is a r...
