Bits and Bytes is an attempt to share bits of my learnings that come from my experiences with teachers and learners alike in my various roles as a teacher, teacher trainer and curriculum designer. The idea is to share small bytes as food for thought and leave the listener with some thought-provoking ideas.

Many a times , we as parents see challenging scenarios at home. Could patient listening be the key to solving them?
Why do kids get bored? While there can be multiple reasons, the boredom usually comes from seeking attention from parents or teachers or they are looking for more challenge. How can you as a parent or teacher bring in excitement and up the challenge is something that requires some effort in not just recognising the boredom but also thinking of different ways of engaging and approaching the same task in multiple ways?
