Friends growing apart happens, but creatures crashing a fantasy convention… not so much.  Five high schoolers bonded over the Bloodthirsty Hearts novel series turned slightly-erotic movie franchise as kids, and now it’s what brings them back together for the first-ever fan convention. However, what starts as fun and games quickly turns into a fight-for-your-life event as creatures from the same universe invade. Will the childhood friends be able to work past their differences and survive the night? All hell breaks loose as supervillain Xafaros and Strigalas descend upon the convention, attacking superfans. Amidst the chaos, the girls must find a way out of the venue. Reaching a CCTV control room, they get a glimpse of the carnage both inside and outside the Coliseum. The entire city of Cleveland has gone dark. Using their extensive Bloodthirsty Hearts knowledge, the girls try to come up with an escape plan. On their way out, they run into Henley Hawkins, star of the movie franchise, who’s managed to survive up to this point. But Susu’s plan hits a snag as they walk right into an area infested with Strigalas. Panic sets in as the girls try to remember the anti-Strigala serum to reverse Deni’s bite. Without it she will become one. They know it’s a blend of something, something, and virgin tears. But with tensions high, the girls start to argue, and they are soon ambushed again by Strigalas. Blake and Susu find a way out of the Coliseum and realize there’s only one person who can help them: Bloodthirsty Hearts novelist Agnes Lipa. Agnes could help them save Deni’s life but also defeat Xafaros and the Strigalas once and for all. Meanwhile as Joy, Erin and a semi-lucid Deni helplessly hide out in a concession stand, in moseys an oddly chill Timofey Kent who agrees to help them escape.
