Our goal was to create a basketball training app unlike any other. This week, we're taking an in-depth look at the Blueprint Athletes app to help our subscribers gain a deeper understanding of how the app can help you on your journey.

There are 24 hours in a day - what do you do with that time? Organizing your schedule is essential for your overall success.

Do your habits align with your goals? In this episode, I sit down with my wife & fitness trainer, Cristina & we discuss the importance of having realistic expectations. We also touch on why you don't need to be in a rush for results.

In our very first episode, we discuss the universal nature of unrealistic expectations, why people are always in a rush for results, and how to adjust your goals to your habits.
In the week's episode, we get a look at just how busy the schedule of a Division 1 player is. We also discuss how a lot of players want D1 notoriety, but not the work load & pressure it brings.
