Manage engery and intention not time. Great take away.
nice reminder: there is no glory in difficulty. don't make it more difficult than necessary. reminded me of the 80/20 principle. it is only 20 percent of the most important things that are responsible for 80 percent of the outcome, meaning don't optimize for efficiency too much. find sth that works and stick with it and you will be 80 percent through with your work.
a question was asked: what is the amount of nonsense I am going to endure (before making a change?) I remember listening to a podcast that talked about the magic number for perfectionists when dating: 34. if after having dated 34 people, you still haven't chosen anyone, from now on, be on the lookout for anyone who resembles most the best person from those 34. when you find him/ her or anything close to that, stop dating and cling on to that person. for tolerating nonsense, I think 10 is enough.
