I wanted to create a resource for others facing similar challenges, and I'm so grateful for the amazing community we've built together. Fantastic podcast to bore you to sleep, I've been listening for a couple of years and out of a bunch of sleep podcasts I have tried Teddy's is one of my favourite. I often find the content quite interesting but I could never stay awake long enough to take it all in. Thanks so much for providing such an excellent podcast which without a doubt is having such a positive impact on listeners health and wellbeing by helping us get a good night's sleep ☺️
