Fantastic podcast to bore you to sleep, I've been listening for a couple of years and out of a bunch of sleep podcasts I have tried Teddy's is one of my favourite. I often find the content quite interesting but I could never stay awake long enough to take it all in. Thanks so much for providing such an excellent podcast which without a doubt is having such a positive impact on listeners health and wellbeing by helping us get a good night's sleep ☺️

Just a note of thanks. Listening to these sleep stories has become a standard part of my nighttime routine. I enable the "do not disturb" setting on my phone and turn on an episode, and listen as I get ready for bed. It helps me let go of the day and settle down even before I try to sleep. I am about to lie down with a clear mind and doze off easily. I'm so grateful to you for recording these.

I have been coping with insomnia for a month now. Even with sleeping pills, I still awaken in the night and sometimes have nightmares. I tried this podcast last night, I kept it on all night at low volume and it really did the trick! In the nicest possible way, your voice and the content is really boring! I will try again tonight, I feel well-rested today.
