Tonight’s reading comes from Memoirs of a Revolutionist. Written by Peter Kropotkin and published in 1906, this story is the author’s Autobiography as well as being his most well-known work. My name is Teddy and I aim to help people everywhere get a good night’s rest. Sleep is so important and my mission is to help you get the rest you need. Fantastic podcast to bore you to sleep, I've been listening for a couple of years and out of a bunch of sleep podcasts I have tried Teddy's is one of my favourite. I often find the content quite interesting but I could never stay awake long enough to take it all in. Thanks so much for providing such an excellent podcast which without a doubt is having such a positive impact on listeners health and wellbeing by helping us get a good night's sleep ☺️

Just a note of thanks. Listening to these sleep stories has become a standard part of my nighttime routine. I enable the "do not disturb" setting on my phone and turn on an episode, and listen as I get ready for bed. It helps me let go of the day and settle down even before I try to sleep. I am about to lie down with a clear mind and doze off easily. I'm so grateful to you for recording these.
