This episode is possibly the most emotional one so far for BUB. Ben and Matt are joined by fire fighter, mental health advocate and public speaker Ricky Nuttal. Ricky was one of the fire fighters who attended the Grenfell Tower Fire in 2017. Ricky firstly explains about his background then speaks about his experience at Grenfell that tragic evening and the days following. He tells how it had an immediate impact on his mental health and that he suffered with PTSD which caused the break up of many relationships. Ricky also gives us a few glimpses into the work he does now regarding mental health and trying to help people. There will definitely be a part 2 to this at some stage as we didn't really scratch the surface.
For more details about Ricky Nuttal please check out his website www.justrick.co.uk
