You mentioned that TN Rep. Gloria Johnson did not resign tho perhaps she should have to show solidarity. She stated after the vote that a senior member of the Legislature approached her before the vote to expel and told her that if she were expelled, she would lose her health coverage, but if she resigned first (be a good little girl, honey, do like Daddy says) she could keep her health coverage. *Not* resigning, even afterwards, was a finger in the eye of those asshats, as it helped emphasize their blatant racism.
Sen. Franken's line about Ted Cruz was "I probably like Ted Cruz more than most of my colleagues, and I hate Ted Cruz". Don't know if he still sells coffee cups with that on it.
