Description
Breaking Joy is a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can embrace the tension that exists between the both/and – a place where we can honor and explore all of our emotional experiences… life is beautifully complex and when we can embrace the entire richness of our human experience, by living in the both/and instead of limiting ourselves to 'either/or' - we have the power to unlock a deeper and more meaningful life.
This is a place where we don't shy away from the difficult moments - instead, we dive in with courage and curiosity, knowing that in the midst of pain and struggle, there is always the possibility of transformation… and when the time comes to throw some glitter and dance in the rain, let's not be afraid to do that too… because both joy and sorrow are safe here.
