Description

Welcome to Breaking the Tech Ceiling – A podcast about how women are disrupting preconceptions about what Tech Executives look and sound like.

I’m Michelle Ji-Yeun Kim, a strategy & operations leader with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. I’ll interview VP and C level women in Go To Market roles such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product who have been executives at tech startups, unicorns, and consultancies as well as large companies like Salesforce, Go Nimbly, and others. Join me the first Tuesday of every month as I explore THEIR path into executive leadership, their current aspirations, and practical advice they have for mid to late career women to continue Breaking the Tech Ceiling.

Thanks for listening and if you have questions or comments, you can email me at Michelle@michellejkim.com (don't forget the J!). If you’re interested in joining me on my journey,  please follow and download episodes the first Tuesday of every month on Spotify, Apple, or at www.breakingthetechceiling.com.
