Breathe With Me

Welcome back to yet another breathing session!  Todays conversation is centred around reflection. Reflection of Gods goodness and mercy. As I was reflecting throughout the week the one main thing that kept cropping up was just how good God has been to me and how he always wants to play a big part of my life. I hope from listening to this episode you are also able to acknowledge this fact and give him thanks. 

In this episode we converse about the beauty of giving yourself time. over the past weeks I've gone through what I now know to be burn out. I didn't give myself enough time and I felt the brunt of it creatively. However, we move and do better. So in this episode we converse about my prior week and some lessons I am learning and how it has been. 

On today’s episode we converse on what it means to face things head on. Often times we tend to run and cower away from our problems but that will never solve anything for us. Here I discuss on how I am facing certain issues in life head on and the benefits of my choice. Don't run away from your problems. There is a solution to every problem.

In todays conversation I get just a little bit vulnerable. Opening up about some thoughts I had regarding comparison.  The more I find more of myself the more I realise how important it is to just be yourself.  We all have our own lanes and our own race. So Run Your Race!

To me gratitude is both and action and a choice. It is very easy to be placed out of gratitude but we have to remember to reel ourselves back in.  Today we converse about what gratitude means to me and some practices I take on to reel me back in.
