Guided box breathing with Jake and Danny.Free Guided Box Breathing Box breathing is a technique that uses slow, deep breaths with pauses in between the inhalation and exhalation. This breathing technique heightens performance and concentration while simultaneously relieving stress. It is widely used by people around the world including Navy Seals, first responders, and elite athletes.Practice this exercise sitting upright in your chair with your spine as straight as possible. Or lying flat on your back with your head slightly propped on a pillow.
