10 years ago, BJ was a completely different person. He's sober, learning from the best mentors and coaches, and is rising the ranks in his market by creating local allies with other businesses and competitors in his market. BJ credits his success to his mentors and coaches. He wouldn't be where he is today without asking for help and applying his learnings along the way. In fact, if it wasn't for mentors and coaches, he would've had to close down the business for good. The more hands you shake, the more money you make. BJ doesn't worry about competition. He cares about creating allies. It has become the foundation for his growth. Want to level up? Tune in. This is a d*mn good episode.Liking the podcast? Subscribe & write an awesome review. Most of the issues regarding casflow is owners not properly stating the terms of initial deposit & pay schedule. No business should ever act as a bank to fund anothers project, if they cant pay you as the client gets their paycheck, find another client. Dont fund the clients projects. Shawn Van Dyke is the best to learn from. I have been succesful using clients money for their projects. 15 years & going strong.
