Episode 72 of Bro Away The Gi features Mike 'The Atlantic Grappler' talking about his 2022 solo row across the Atlantic Ocean. The row will put him alone on the ocean for anywhere between 60-90 days.
He explains his motivations, the charity who will receive the raised donations and the physical and mental training he will have to do to prepare.
Mike is a BJJ black belt at Gracie Barra Harrogate as well as a former Royal Marine.
