Then, Greg shares some really unique stories about his time as a sports writer, some of the most interesting people that he's covered and written about and how a lot of it has given him some perspective for his own life as well.
Salk is joined by Sports Illustrated cover writer Greg Bishop to talk more about interviewing Ichiro and his greatness and how many stars exist in the Seattle sports scene today, they talk about Ichiro’s jersey retirement, the Seahawks offensive coordinator speculations, and more in Need to Know, then they are joined by Daniel Jeremiah to talk about his thoughts on the divisional playoff round as well as what the Seahawks should do this offseason at QB.

Then, they preview all four weekend games for the NFL Divisional Round of the playoffs.
With Klint Kubiak advancing to the second round of interviews for the Seahawks offensive coordinator job, Brock and Salk discuss if he is a good fit, and if he is more of the safe option for the job. They then welcome on Gee Scott from Atlanta to discuss Monday's upcoming College Football National Championship game among a few other topics. Embarrassing game that should make the fan base wake up and revolt. Stanton should never be allowed to show his face near T-Mobile without drawn and quartered. oh, and another thing, the CCs suck and should be demolished on the pitchers' mound in a Disco demolition night inspired sacrifice to the Baseball Gods for forsaking this decent city for so long.
5 great pitchers can get you to the playoffs even with a league average offense, but only in the National League.
