The hour starts by going around the NFL with topics including the potential substantial amount of head coaching vacancies that could be out there by the end of the NFL season, the Joe Douglas firing and the New York Giants.
Salk and Brady Henderson of ESPN open the hour by diving in on the importance of offensive coordinators and zero in specifically on Ryan Grubb. Then, they outline how valuable Ernest Jones has been thus far and if they think the Seahawks will keep him long term. Finally, Brock breaks down three football questions in Blue 88.
Salk explains what he believs the new details about Major League Baseball taking over the production of Mariners broadcast will mean, both now and long term. Then, they re-air their conversation with John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports to discuss the upcoming matchup between the Seahawks and Cardinals.
We check in on San Fran sports radio callers and find that there is a lot of rage being directed at Kyle Shanahan. Then, we discuss Mike Macdonald's comments about guys who truly love ball. It seems like this scheme requires a lot of study and work ahead of time and if you don't really love not just ball, but also the process, you won't thrive. In Blue 88, Brock takes a look at the Seahawks biggest schematic change, what should we see more of from the Seahawks offense down the stretch and if the Seahawks offensive line played significantly better on Sunday.
Geno Smith was phenomenal on the game-winning drive to lead the Seahawks to a victory over the 49ers, but Salk says he was even more impressed with the defensive turnaround. Then, they go Around The NFL with stories from the Colts-Jets game, Bears-Packers, Steelers-Ravens and plenty more.
Stacy Rost joins Salk to discuss the Niners Seahawks game being a must win. Then, Salk talks Abe Lucas and DK Metcalf being set to return, the M's preparing an offer for Roki Sasaki and the Kraken's win over Chicago. Plus, we take your calls as we do every Friday.
The hour starts with a game of Which Is Worse, a spin off from the game Which Is Better. Ten, Salk and Brady Henderson welcome on Nick Wagoner, the 49ers beat reporter for ESPN, to get some 49ers perspective for this weekend's game and where their team stands both now and moving forward.
Salk and Brady Henderson of ESPN discuss how much better the Seahawks could look moving forward with the return of both DK Metcalf and Abe Lucas on offense. Salk then gets Brady's insight on why he believes Tyrel Dodson is no longer a Seahawk. In Blue 88, topics include Devon Witherspoon, Seahawks personnel for Sunday's game and Brock Purdy.
Salk talks about the Mike Tyson and Jake Paul fight set for Friday along with him growing up watching Tyson. Then, they re-air their conversation with Joe Davis of FOX Sports to get his thoughts on the upcoming Seahawks game, which he will be broadcasting, along with a little bit of baseball talk as well.
Brock's mom and Salk's dad each have separate complaints about things we did on the show. Then,  Brock and Salk discuss how the Seahawks have to win at least one of their next two games or maybe you are heading into that 'this is a rebuild' territory. Plus, Maura answers all of your roster questions in the Fantasy Football Forecast.

Salk opens the show by admitting that he's finally buying the idea of trading a starter to get a legit bat, even though he doesn't feel great about it. Later, gthey re-air their conversation with Daniel jeremiah of the NFL Network.

Embarrassing game that should make the fan base wake up and revolt. Stanton should never be allowed to show his face near T-Mobile without drawn and quartered. oh, and another thing, the CCs suck and should be demolished on the pitchers' mound in a Disco demolition night inspired sacrifice to the Baseball Gods for forsaking this decent city for so long.
