i remember the first time i made a connexion between how i feel and what i ate. I was in six grade. My parents were divorced so i went at my father one weekend each two weeks. When i was There, i could ate anything i wanted: chocolat barres, poutine, juices, etc. Sunday night, i juste wanted a real meal with vegetables to have energy for the week to come. Even if a made the connexion so young, it ils still a battle to est well all the time. il think i should fire "fait fois Annick". 🤣
