Description
Our brains are machines. The way we think either helps the machine run more efficiently or damages it. We shed light on the different ways we can make this machine run smoother so we can be happier, healthier, and more content with life! We want to build a community!. We aim to build a central location of information that will empower us to be the architects of our machines instead of a character within them. BUILD THE MACHINE!

This week's episode is a conversation Aaron and I had after I went viral on tik tok. I posted a tik tok, which you'll hear shortly,
about what women desire from men when they're venting. Aaron and I had a discussion on this topic and by the end of this conversation,
men and women alike should have a better understanding of how to ask someone what they need from you and how to tell someone what you need
from them when you're feeling stressed and want to vent. Enjoy!
Today's episode is the second half of the conversation with Writer'sBlock also known as Blane Conant. Fun fact, Blane is actually the artist that created the Build The Machine intro you hear every week and the beat was produced by his friend and producer, Qid. Enjoy the episode!
This week's episode is titled "Perspective on Intuition" where I sit down with an amazing friend of mine, Blane Conant, also known as Writer's
Block. He's an incredible rap artist whose music has moved me in so many ways I can't even begin to describe, his mind has no limits,
and he's one of the most caring people I've ever come across, I've known him for less than a year, but he's already one of my best friends,
so please enjoy this conversation between Blane and me on the perspectives of intuition, how to see synchronicities in your life, and how to
develop a mindset that everything is rigged in your favor. Enjoy.

and discuss some perspective tools to help garner compassion towards those that raised us.

"How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you"
I am your constant companion. I am your greatest helper or heaviest burden. I will push you onward or drag you down to failure. I am completely at your command. Half of the things you do you might as well turn over to me and I will do them - quickly and correctly. I am easily managed - you must be firm with me. Show me exactly how you want something done and after a few lessons, I will do it automatically. I am the servant of great people, and alas, of all failures as well. Those who are great, I have made great. Those who are failures, I have made failures. I am not a machine though I work with the precision of a machine plus the intelligence of a person. You may run me for profit or run me for ruin - it makes no difference to me. Take me, train me, be firm with me, and I will place the world at your feet. Be easy with me and I will destroy you. Who am I? I am:
We are constantly narrating our own story. That story is never more important than when life hits his us hard. When we're knocked to the ground and our feelings tell us to stay down. The story that we choose to write for ourselves is the force that gets us to stand up and keep fighting. This episode is your reminder to keep fighting, stay the course, and it will all be worth it in the end.
I CAN DO IT! We discuss how to find hope in hopelessness, how to use other people’s triumphs as inspiration instead of ammo to shoot ourselves down, and how to combat that voice that is telling us we can’t do it. Build the Machine!
In this episode, we discuss the importance of community and surrounding yourself with people that can aid you in getting you to where you're headed. "You're the average of the 5 people you surround yourself with."
We have a special guest today Elijah Best, CEO of Vet Boss – where he helps veterans stand up their own successful coaching business.
Today we discuss the importance of finding a mentor to serve as a guide for you to accomplish your dreams and go over some of the disadvantages of the lone wolf approach, enjoy!
In this week's episode we discuss the things we do as individuals to damage our relationships with the people we love. If we can't receive criticism, we put people in a position where they're forced to tell us what we want to hear instead of telling us what we need to hear.
Today's episode is about the importance of taking accountability for our situation no matter what the circumstances. We also dive into the negative consequences that come along with the victim mindset. We were lucky enough to have Douglas Teutstch share some of his story on surviving a Stage 4 Cancer diagnosis and the mindset that pulled him through. Enjoy!

Today's episode adds a fresh take on the topic of positivity from the perspective of our new Facebook community. Through rich and diverse recordings from our listeners, we were able to dive deep into the idea of positivity, what it means to us, and how it impacts the lives of those around us. At the end of this episode we let you know how to get your thoughts heard and take part in future episodes.
In this episode, Jordan and Aaron discuss why it's easier for you to 100% commit to something, than to give yourself a 5% chance to fail. "You don't plan to fail, you fail to plan." We discuss the importance of submersing yourself into the craft you're trying to build. The water is cold. Yes, it's going to be uncomfortable. However, you can jump in and deal with discomfort RIGHT AWAY, or you can dip your toe into the water so many times, before you decide it's TOO COLD FOR YOU TO GET IN. Jump in baby. You can swim. You got this.
On this episode Aaron and I discuss the importance of being vulnerable as a man in showing your emotion and not being afraid to cry when you need to cry. Look, crying is a bodily function we have for a reason. There's no admiration and shoving down emotions that you feel in order to be "strong." Strength is not putting on an act. Strength is vulnerability. Boys do cry.
