Each of us experiences fear on a daily basis - Sometimes it's something small (How long have the clothes been in the washing machine?) and sometimes it's infinitely larger. And if you're a small business owner, for better or worse, it's your responsibility to work through that fear and do the right thing by your employees.
In this episode, Kaleb dives into his perspectives on fear, and how to move through it into a better future.
Quote, that inspired this episode:
“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”
