Do you know Love is Holy?The Hebrew word for holy is kodesh, derived fromthe root word kadash, which means to be set apart for aspecific purpose. Think about the special utensils in your house that you only use on certain occasions. Or the dress you save for weddings or important events—you wouldn’t wear it to play outside or go to the beach, right? Because it has been set apart. That’s what holiness means.Now, imagine knowing that love is holy, yet the world tells you that love is just sex without commitment. Do you see the contradiction? Do you feel how vulgar that sounds? It’s a complete distortion of holiness. It’s like taking salt and putting it in your eye. Salt isn’t bad—in fact, it’s essentialfor food—but using it the wrong way will cause pain and damage.That’s exactly what happens when sex is taken outside of its holy context.Do you know I have a newsletter? New beginnings

Why is everyone so hung up on friendships? Have we misunderstood what friendship means? Do we gauge our friendships by what we see on social media? Do we have what it takes to even be a good friend? In this episode, I talk about discerning what true friendship means and the wisdom to build and keep the friends around us.

I used to be an advocate against self-love. Why? Because like every other thing, the world had abused it to the point that it became this selfish thing I didn’t want to identify with. It started looking like this ungodly anthem you hear everywhere. But the more I grow and learn, I'm beginning to see that perhaps Self-Love isn't a bad thing after all...especially when viewed through the Lens of Christ

Are you wondering why it's hard to make friends as an adult? Perhaps you're in a phase where you're tired of making new friends due to past betrayals and exhaustion. Do you know that when it boils down to making godly friends as an adult, there are many things to consider? This episode tackles these questions and the things to consider when making friends. In order to know God's will in marriage, people often ask, Does God tell us who to marry? Is God going to choose for me? How can I know his will for my marriage? Understanding His will for us in relationships is important in building one. This episode addresses how important it is to trust our inward witness within and avoid 'over-spiritualizing' anything that may lead us into trouble in the long run. God is concerned about us getting it right, and we must cooperate with him to see His will birthed on earth.

In a world where almost everyone celebrates relationships, it may feel hard to enjoy your life as a single individual. I know because I've been there and understand how grueling waiting can sometimes feel. Sometimes, it feels like God has forgotten you and you're the only one missing out. The only way out of this mindset is to enjoy your single season and I share some of the things that have helped me to enjoy my waiting season as a single lady. I personally struggled with hearing God as a young believer because I didn’t really have a good understanding of what Jesus did for me on the cross. I wasn’t even sure if God wanted to speak to me anytime I fell short and made mistakes. But the more I grow, the more I realise that God always speaks, regardless of our flaws, because He has promised Himself to us, ensuring that we get it to the End. If we are able to grasp this new creation reality, we will understand what it means to hear God’s voice and long for His word everyday of our lives.

Is Salvation instantaneous or do you still have to go through a process? If it was instant, why do we battle contradictions within? And how can we be certain we're saved? Do we need to feel saved?
