The popular app Instacart charged customers different prices on the same items bought from the same stores, an investigation from Consumer Reports and progressive think tank Groundwork Collaborative found. Instacart responded, saying, "These tests are not dynamic pricing. A Trump administration housing official has referred Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California to the Justice Department over allegations involving mortgage fraud, according to sources. The longest government shutdown in U.S. history ended Wednesday after President Trump signed the funding bill into law. The House narrowly passed the funding package with six Democrats joining Republicans. CBS News' Nikole Killion reports.
