"Stop Self-Diagnosing ADHD" is unbelievably offensive. Thousands of us do not have access to doctors that ACTUALLY have the training to diagnose it. Self-diagnosis helps us understand how to put coping skills into place that transform our lives from unmanageable and shame-filled, to functional and joyful.
why do you make time for Instagram instead of showering? why successful people make reference to Instagram and at the same time affirm how much is on their plate as entrepreneurs...?
I absolutely love your podcast! It allows me to see that it’s possible to be a mom, to earn a lot of money, to be successful and be content with your life. It’s inspiring and empowering for me to see other women’s success and I hope I will be there some day! So from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for creating this podcast - you are changing a lot of lives :) x
Good morning from London UK! Thank you so much for this podcast ❤️ I loved how you talked about pressure and how it is something does not serve our growth. I am at a stage where pressure is something that stops me to feel good, to do something I love or even just relax so I can recharge my battery. One thing I do is ground myself and ask a question ‘why am I feeling pressure right now?’ - that helps me identify what it is I am feeling pressured about and what I can do about this. I am very grateful for your podcast 🥰
Oh wow!!! I just realized 112 episodes later, I'm still hooked to this podcast! Truly inspirational as I try to make my way to the 2% Club
So helpful! Pretty close to what I currently do... But the key things you do differently could be my game changer! Designated times and simplifying my folders. Let's face it, I could search with key words and attachments if I needed to these days LOL Thank you for sharing!!
Great episode!! Powerful and actionable steps!
I came to find this GEM of a podcast through listening to @girlconfident. I have been looking for how to get to the next level, and listening to your story has fueled some creative momentum. Just like Sunerra felt at the beginning of her journey, I too feel like I just need to have the confidence to make that bold move! I can't wait to hear Shannan on the next episode! This was recorded back in August, but so glad I stumbled upon it when I did. Thank you for following your vision and not giving up!
