‘BUSINESS’ CAN FEEL INTIMIDATING- You feel called to offer your services, but the business aspect freaks you out. You wish you didn’t have to create everything from scratch. In this episode, I’m talking about why that feeling is normal, how to move from fear to focus, and what simple actions can help you build a business that supports your calling instead of stifling it. You can do this!
Key Takeaways
Business isn’t separate from calling- it’s the structure that sustains it.
You don’t really need to start from scratch. You need a system you can make your own.
Easy is allowed and it’s possible. Structure multiplies impact and creates the freedom you want.
Listener Challenge
Choose one of the ten steps I mention and do it this week. Don’t overthink it, just pick the one that gives you the most peace or creates the most curiosity. Maybe it’s naming your calling, writing your first offer, or reaching out to serve one person. The goal isn’t to build it all: it’s to just take action.
Then, journal what you learn as you take that step. What did you feel? What did you discover about your gifts, your courage, or your resistance? Ask God to meet you in that space and show you how He’s already preparing the way. Small obedience will open doors that striving never could.

SAYING YES WITH GOD- Saying yes isn’t just about self-permission—it’s about alignment. In this episode, we’ll talk about how saying yes to yourself becomes a way of partnering with God’s will, reducing decision fatigue, and taking the next right step in faith. You’ll learn how to hear what He’s saying, how to recognize when you’re in alignment with Him, and why this matters for you personally and for the clients you coach. And if you’ve been wondering whether it’s time to step into your calling as a coach, this may be your invitation to finally say yes.
Key Takeaways:
Saying yes to yourself creates clarity, reduces mental fatigue, and honors God’s design for your life.
You can discern God’s leading by checking it against His Word, listening for peace, and looking for the fruit of the Spirit.
As a coach, your lived yes models courage and alignment, and it invites clients into their own partnership with God’s will.
Listener Challenge:
This week, pause before a decision—big or small—and ask: “Lord, what’s Your heart in this?” Pay attention to the peace or clarity that rises, and take the next right step by saying yes in faith.

VALUE ISN’T A CURRICULUM- When it comes to coaching, a lot of us feel pressure to prove our worth by stacking on more — more hours, more worksheets, more bonuses. But the truth is, people don’t come to you asking for a 20-step plan or an entire curriculum. Coaching is nuanced and client-led. In this episode, I’ll show you how to think about value in a way that’s both simple and powerful, how to communicate it through real-life examples, and why clients are willing to invest when they see transformation in action.
Key Takeaways
Value isn’t about extras — it’s about the shift from confusion to clarity, fear to peace, stuck to action.
Clients don’t need your whole toolbox upfront — they need cultivated value, offered in real-time.
Sharing short, real examples of transformation communicates value better than laying out a whole curriculum.
Listener Challenge
Write down one example from your own coaching (or your personal story if you’re just starting) where someone moved from stuck to clear. Share it out loud this week — with a friend, a peer, or even on social media — and notice how confidently you can communicate value without explaining your whole process.

YOUR CORE BELIEFS MATTER- If I asked you right now, “What are your core beliefs?”—could you answer? Most of us can’t, not because we don’t have them, but because we’ve never slowed down to write them out and name them out loud. In this episode, I’ll walk you through ten questions to help uncover your own core beliefs about your audience, transformation, faith, values, and legacy. I’ll share mine as examples, and then you’ll have space to discover yours. Once you clarify your core beliefs, you’ll have a filter for every decision you make and a foundation for the business God is calling you to build.
Key Takeaways
Core beliefs are already shaping how you serve, decide, and lead—even if you haven’t named them yet.
Clarifying your core beliefs gives you a filter for every opportunity, choice, and commitment in your business.
Your beliefs about God, people, and transformation determine the kind of coaching or leadership legacy you’ll leave behind.
Listener Challenge
Work through the ten questions shared in this episode. Write your answers without overthinking. Then pray over them and ask God which beliefs He wants you to stand firm in as you lead, serve, and build your business.

THE PAYOFF AND PITFALLS OF BEING SOMEONE’S SOLUTION-There’s a real emotional payoff when you realize you’ve been part of someone’s solution. It feels good because God designed us for connection and contribution. But what happens when we start chasing that feeling instead of staying rooted in truth? In this episode, we’ll talk about the joy of being a solution, the hidden pitfalls like over-responsibility and the dopamine trap, and how to find the healthy middle ground as a coach and as a woman of faith.
Key Takeaways
Being someone’s solution affirms your value, strengthens connection, and builds legacy.
Pitfalls include tying your worth to helping, overextending, resentment, missed boundaries, and chasing the dopamine “high.”
The healthy middle ground is remembering you’re a vessel, not the source—you’re responsible to people, not for them.
Listener Challenge
Reflect on a recent time you were someone’s solution. Did it bring joy, or did it leave you drained? Pay attention this week to whether you’re offering from overflow or chasing the emotional high.

IMPACT THAT MULTIPLIES BEYOND YOU- Coaching doesn’t just change one life—it creates ripple effects that influence families, communities, and future generations. In this episode, I share a story of a client whose transformation impacted everyone around her, and I explain how the PEARL Practice helps you guide people toward a legacy that lasts.
Key Takeaways:
Coaching creates change that extends far beyond one person.
The Legacy step of PEARL focuses on the bigger picture of a client’s life.
When clients live differently, they influence everyone they touch.
Listener Challenge: Think about someone who has impacted your life for the better. Write down how their influence has spread into different areas of your life, and imagine the ripple effect you could create for someone else through coaching.

BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE CACHE- Confidence doesn’t arrive overnight—it builds. In this episode, I teach the Confidence Cache framework and how stacking action, clarity, and hindsight creates certainty, competency, and readiness for your coaching path.
Key Takeaways:
Confidence begins with willingness, not perfection.
Every action fills your cache with clarity, hindsight, and how.
The emotions you’re after—certainty, competency, readiness—grow as you go.
Listener Challenge: Take one action to add to your cache today—reach out to a practice client, introduce yourself as a coach, or reflect on what you’ve already learned and how it’s shaped you.
Listener Challenge:
Pick one coaching-related action this week that will add to your Confidence Cache. Maybe it’s reaching out to a potential practice client, sharing publicly that you’re a coach, or even journaling what you learned from your last conversation. Then write down the clarity, hindsight, and emotion that came from it. Notice how even one step deposits certainty, competency, and readiness into your cache.

SHARPEN THE GIFT YOU ALREADY HAVE- Being the “helper” in your world is a beautiful gift—but it’s not the same as being a trained coach. In this episode, I’m sharing how I moved from well-meaning conversations that didn’t always create change to skilled guidance that consistently helped people move forward. We’ll look at Proverbs 4:7 and why wisdom plus understanding is the combination every coach needs.
Key Takeaways:
Compassion is powerful, but coaching skills make it sustainable and effective.
Training protects you from burnout and equips you to help in a deeper way.
The PEARL Practice turns natural empathy into a structured path to change.
Listener Challenge: Reflect on the last time you felt drained after helping someone. Write down how that situation might have been different if you had a clear coaching process to follow.

A FRAMEWORK THAT ALWAYS FITS- What if you had a tool you could trust in any coaching conversation, no matter the client or the situation? That’s what the PEARL Practice offers. In this episode, I’m sharing the story of a client who went from stuck to clear in one conversation—and how the PEARL steps made it possible. You’ll see why this framework is the foundation of the Christian Life Coach Certification pathway.
Key Takeaways:
A reliable coaching framework creates confidence for both you and your clients.
PEARL works in any niche because it starts with the client’s reality and moves toward their desired legacy.
Coaching is about drawing out clarity, not giving answers.
Listener Challenge: Choose a friend or family member to practice on. Walk them through the PEARL steps informally and notice where clarity emerges for them.

TURN YOUR STORY INTO IMPACT- Every part of your story—the highs, the lows, the lessons—is a bridge to someone else’s breakthrough. In this episode, I’ll show you how God uses your lived experiences to connect you with the people you’re meant to help. We’ll explore 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 and see how your journey becomes a source of comfort, wisdom, and transformation when paired with the PEARL Practice.
Key Takeaways:
God never wastes your story—your experiences are meant to help others.
Shared understanding builds trust and opens the door to transformation.
The PEARL Practice turns personal connection into actionable change.
Listener Challenge: Write down three life experiences that have shaped you most. Next to each, jot a way it could help someone else who’s facing a similar challenge.

SAY YES TO THE CALL- You may already be the go-to person in your circle: the one people trust with their struggles and questions. But without the right framework, it’s easy to wonder if you’re truly helping. In this episode, I’m sharing how one kitchen-table conversation showed me the difference between having a heart to help and having the skills to guide someone toward real change. You’ll see why training and certification matter, and how the PEARL Practice gives you a clear, effective way to coach anyone in any situation.
Key Takeaways:
Being called to coach isn’t the same as being prepared to coach.
Training builds skill, confidence, and clarity.
The PEARL Practice provides a repeatable framework you can trust with any client.
Listener Challenge: Think of one recent conversation where you wished you could have helped more. Imagine how it might have gone if you had a proven framework. Write down what would have been different.

OWN YOUR WISDOM AND WATCH IT MULTIPLY - When women stop hiding and start offering the wisdom they’ve earned, everything changes. Let's paint the picture of what’s possible when you show up as the guide you were always becoming. Your wisdom isn’t just yours—it’s meant to be passed on. Start where you are.
Three Takeaways:
Owning your wisdom brings clarity, courage, and legacy.
You don’t need a title to make an impact—you need truth and trust.
Stewardship starts with naming what you know and offering it in love.
Listener Challenge:
Write down three things you’ve learned the hard way. Ask: Who needs this? How could I offer it? And what’s the first small step I can take to share it this week?

THE COACH’S CREATIVE CYCLE– In this episode, I’m walking you through the Coach's Creative Cycle: a simple framework that shows how to turn your lived experience into a coaching container that transforms others. This is exactly what we do inside the Consultant Coach Intensive.
Key Takeaways:
Coaching is a way to carry your message, not just speak it.
The five stages of the Coaching Cycle are: Cultivate, Clarify, Craft, Create, and Carry Out.
You don’t need a platform- you need a person to serve, and a message to guide them.
Listener Challenge:
What phase of the Coaching Cycle are you in right now? Journal about what you’re cultivating- or DM me and tell me. I’d love to hear where you're at.

YOUR MESSAGE NEEDS A HOME- You know you’re called to coach, but getting visible online can feel overwhelming — especially when it comes to branding, websites, and actually marketing what you do. In this conversation with Courtney from The Little Creative Co., we talk about the deeper reasons behind visibility resistance, how to think about your website as a home for your message, and why building a brand isn’t about being flashy — it’s about being clear, consistent, and faithful to what God’s asked you to carry.
Key Takeaways
Your website isn’t just a digital resume — it’s a tool to help the right people find you and trust you.
Marketing is ministry when it’s rooted in service, clarity, and obedience.
Visibility grows your impact when your brand and message are aligned.
Listener Challenge
Audit your online presence. Is your website clear about who you serve and how you help? Does your Instagram bio reflect your coaching offer? Take one step this week to align your message with your mission, whether that’s updating your site, writing a bio, or asking for feedback on your brand.
Ask yourself where you feel uncomfortable becoming visible and trace it back to why? What are you afraid of? Who are you afraid of? (Listen to my StoryMakers Podcast episode #23-Staying True to Yourself Without Fear of Rejection, Abandonment, and Disconnection if you are struggling with this.)

YOU DON’T HAVE TO QUIT TO BEGIN- Coaching doesn’t have to be your full-time job to make a meaningful impact. In this episode, I’m sharing how to start coaching as a side hustle while working full-time, part-time, homeschooling, or simply juggling real life. Whether you're in a corporate role, leading a ministry, or in a season of transition, this episode will help you see how coaching can fit into your current life—not replace it.
Key Takeaways:
You can start coaching with just a few hours a week—intentionality matters more than time.
Coaching isn’t a replacement for your career—it’s a bridge to deeper connection and impact.
You don’t need to build fast or big—faithful, small beginnings can grow something beautiful.
Listener Challenge:
What’s one coaching offer you could create that fits into this season of your life? Sketch out a simple idea—a 3-session package, a one-month group, or a Saturday clarity call—and imagine what it could open up for you.

ADD COACHING TO WHAT YOU’RE ALREADY DOING - You don’t have to become someone new to become a coach. In this episode, we’ll talk about how to add coaching to your existing work as a writer, speaker, ministry leader, or therapist. When you blend what you already offer with a coaching mindset, you create space for deeper transformation and sustainable impact.
Key Takeaways:
Coaching is a container for transformation—not a replacement for what you do.
You can start small: one offer, one group, one client.
Your current audience is probably already looking for more—they just need a way to access it.
Listener Challenge:
Reflect on how your existing work could make space for coaching. What would a simple first offer look like?

REAL-WORLD ROLES- If you've ever wondered how your life experience could become a coaching offer, this episode is about the Consultant Coach model- how you can blend wisdom, strategy, and mentorship into a sustainable business that helps others grow. I’ll walk you through specific niche examples that combine listening and guiding with teaching and advising. Whether you're drawn to business, parenting, ministry, or purpose work, there's a way to build an offer that reflects your story and serves someone else’s transformation.
Key Takeaways:
You don’t have to choose between coach or consultant. Consultant Coaching allows you to guide and give, offering both support and strategy.
Your experience is enough. You don’t need a fancy title to help someone solve the problem you’ve already walked through.
You can build a niche that fits your real life. Whether you’re a ministry leader, homeschool mom, entrepreneur, or creative, your story already holds the seeds of your offer.
Listener Challenge:
Pick one niche that resonated with you most and write down why. What have you lived, learned, or led others through that could become part of your offer? Then ask yourself: Who needs what I now carry and what would it look like to serve them well?

BLEND WISDOM WITH SKILL- You don’t have to choose between coaching and consulting—you can do both. In this episode, we’re breaking down the hybrid model of Consultant Coaching: what it is, how it works, and how to know if it fits your strengths. If you’ve lived through hard things, built something meaningful, or have wisdom to offer and you love helping others process and grow—this is your lane.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Consultant Coaching blends deep listening with practical guidance.
It’s ideal for women who want to use both lived experience and coaching skills.
You can learn to switch hats without losing your client’s agency or momentum.
Listener Challenge:
List three things you’ve been through or built that others regularly ask you about. Then reflect on how you could guide someone through those same things using a coaching mindset.

WHAT YOU DO NATURALLY IS VALUABLE - Let’s be honest: if you’ve been mentoring, encouraging, guiding, and holding space for the people around you, you’re already doing the work of a coach. The only difference? You haven’t been paid for it… yet. This episode will help you recognize the value of what you’re already doing and begin to shift from “helpful friend” to “paid guide” with clarity and confidence.
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
Coaching isn’t something you start from scratch—it’s something you name and shape.
You’ve probably been building your skills in everyday conversations for years.
Shifting into a paid role is more about ownership than worthiness.
Listener Challenge:
Write down five situations where you showed up like a coach in your everyday life. What did you do? How did you help? What would it look like to treat that with the same value as paid work?

CALLED TO COACH? LET’S FIND OUT- Have you ever felt a tug in your spirit—like coaching might be your next right step, but you’re not sure if you’re “qualified” or “ready”? In this episode, we’ll explore the signs that point to a coaching call and help you tune into what God might already be stirring in your heart. Because if you’ve been showing up, listening deeply, and guiding others naturally… this might be confirmation of what’s already true.
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
A coaching call often shows up as a question more than a declaration.
You don’t need a stage—you need a heart for people and a desire to grow.
Pay attention to what others thank you for—it often reveals your role.
Listener Challenge:
Write down the last 3 times someone thanked you for something meaningful. What did you do? How did you show up? What pattern do you see?
