In this episode we will explain to you about Mediation, how it works and the role of the mediator. We will also talk about how you can access CLM’s free mediation service, this service is confidential and offers an alternative method for parties involved in a dispute to resolve their issues and to reach an agreement, which is acceptable to both sides.
