Guests: Paul Thomas and Bobby Moon, Spellbound Band 9-25-2021 After Sunset is the upcoming album from Los Angeles band, SPELLBOUND. The group was formed in in the 1990s by Paul “Pablo” Thomas (keys and guitars) and Bobby Moon (vocals and percussion) and their sound is an intriguing hybrid of blue-eyed soul, AOR, pop, Latino dance and of course the “California sound”. Hear all that and more on the eleven tracker that is ‘After Sunset’ which features two new singers – Jenny G and Anna Moore. The material is all new and penned by Thomas and Moon save for a cover of the Ohio Players’ ‘Heaven Must Be Like This’. The artwork and the band’s background might suggest that ‘After Sunset’ is a typical Californian album. But Moon and Thomas (both local social activists) have infused the music with socially conscious elements while some of the lyrical themes have a darker tone than you’d expect from a typical West Coast album. After Sunset will be released via the band’s own Selfish label on October 1st with limited copies available on CD. That limited availability of the physical record reflects the band’s ethos re. packaging and waste. The few CDs that will be available will use recycled material in all their various elements.
Brandy Vaughan, an ex-Merck sales executive, is taking on the world’s most powerful industry by educating people worldwide about the dangers of pharmaceutical products, including vaccines and unnecessary medical treatments. Things that are literally killing us. Brandy founded Learn The Risk, a 501(c)3 educational non-profit, as a response to the corruption she saw from the inside when she sold a drug for Merck that was killing tens of thousands of people. She left the pharmaceutical industry and felt she had no choice but to speak out when she realized the industry’s main agenda is to keep us all sick for profit. In her words: “My mission in life has become clear: to create a healthier world by educating people on the real RISK of pharmaceutical products. And EMPOWER people to take back their health from an industry that profits only when people are ‘sick’.” You will hear how doctors hide important information from their patients, how the government pays out MILLIONS to people with serious side effects from vaccinations secretly, and how many common health issues could actually be a vaccine reaction. Everything your doctor won’t tell you, but you need to know. Listen to Brandy expose the eye-opening truth behind the “health” care system and tips to stay healthy naturally. www.LearnTheRisk.org Facebook: www.facebook.com/LearnTheRisk twitter: @LearnTheRisk Instagram: #LearnTheRisk YouTube: www.YouTube.com/LearnTheRisk

Guest: Corey Kohler @CoreyKoehlerMusic planetcorey.com/ 2-21-2010 The Short Version... I am a singer/songwriter who writes music designed to inspire you, loosen up your stiff neck, and make your beer, wine or any other beverage taste a lot better. I enjoy good beer, an occasional smoke, and a good success book. And you? The Long Version... I am a married and young 37 year-old father of three who discovered that not only do I love making up songs BUT I can actually sing a little and even play some guitar while doing it. After putting my new found talent on display for family and friends and then getting a good response and some encouragement, I decided to take my new found talent to the public. This again, resulted in a good response and more encouragement. But, I still was being kind of yella (as in “some folks called him yella” from Kenny Rogers tune “Coward of the County”). Then, after a few years a s a indie music blogger, podcaster and internet marketer, I realized that what many of the artists were doing was something I could do and in some cases, better. I figured, what the hell! So here I am, putting myself out there with the ultimate goal of a full-time career in music. It is something that I need to do for myself, my family as well as each and everyone one of you that need proof that it is never to late - and you are never to old - to pursue your passion and to live life on your own terms.
